Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The location was convenient for exploring Grand Rapids, but the overall condition of the hotel felt outdated. I enjoyed the pool area, but the dining options were hit or miss.
My stay at the Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront had its ups and downs. The newly remodeled spaces and friendly staff really stood out, and the shuttle service made getting around downtown a breeze. However, I was disappointed with the noisy plastic mattress covers that made sleeping uncomfortable and a Sunday breakfast buffet that was poorly managed with empty food stations.
During my stay at the Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront, I was a bit disappointed. While the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the overall cleanliness and condition left much to be desired. I encountered multiple issues, such as a broken elevator and miscommunication about breakfast options. 😕
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront. The location was excellent, providing easy access to downtown and local attractions. but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. While the friendly staff were welcoming, the overall state of the facilities felt outdated and in need of renovation.
I had a mixed experience at Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront. While the staff, especially in the bar/restaurant, were friendly and eager to please, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The hallways felt outdated and the noise levels at night were quite disruptive, which made it difficult for me to enjoy my stay. I appreciated the location near downtown, but the poor maintenance and cleanliness made it hard to recommend this hotel. 😕
